Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have taken separate paths since their divorce in 2018. The “Hunger Games” actor was able to cope with the recent heartbreak with the help of his family.
Liam Hemsworth, 30, was “really hurt” during his separation with the “Hannah Montana” star, who was able to jump from one relationship to another after their marriage. A source said that the former pair has not spoken much after they finalized their divorce in January.
Cyrus, 27, had a month-long romance with Kaitlyn Carter and another 10-month relationship with Cody Simpson. She recently ended her relationship with Simpson.

Before publicly announcing their split on August 10, 2019, the couple was already separated for several months.
But a day before their announcement, the "Wrecking Ball" singer was discovered having an intimate trip with Carter, who had just separated from TV personality and model Brody Jenner. Hemsworth was reportedly "blindsided" by the news.
Hemsworth and Cyrus had an on-and-off relationship through the years.
A few sources close to the actor claimed he was trying to save their marriage. But he ended up filing for a divorce on August 21. Meanwhile, sources close to Cyrus also reportedly said she “fought” to make it work.
After his marriage crumbled, Hemsworth sought comfort from his brothers Luke and Chris. The rest of the actor’s family members also came to extend their support to help him move on.
The actor has remained private about his process towards healing. For her part, Miley said her divorce from Hemsworth "felt like death," adding that the emotional pain she felt was a constant reminder of their failed relationship.

Hemsworth is now dating model Gabriella Brooks. He also previously dated actress Madison Brown in late 2019.
While Hemsworth’s love life is thriving, Cyrus shocked fans when she ended her 10-month relationship with Simpson. The news of their break-up came just ahead of Cyrus's new song, "Midnight Sky.”
The 23-year-old Australian singer earlier posted a sweet tribute to Cyrus on his Instagram story. He wrote, "In love with my best friend."
Hemsworth and Cyrus had an on-and-off relationship through the years. The pair met on the set of their film, “The Last Song,” in 2009.
The two dated on and off from August 2010 to April 2011. They became serious again in their relationship in December 2011, with Cyrus bringing the actor as her date to the CNN Heroes Gala in Los Angeles.
Hemsworth proposed to Cyrus in June 2012 but the latter called off their engagement in 2013. They were back in the love boat in 2016 until they finally ended their relationship in 2019.
