NYC woman arrested for setting pride flag on fire, vandalizing NYPD cop cars

Cando supposedly burned down the rainbow banner hanging outside the Little Sovereign café on Ruler Road close to MacDougal Road in Manhattan around 1:30 a.m. Monday, cops said.
