Justin Bieber reveals that half his face is paralysed as he's diagnosed with a rare syndrome

Justin Bieber has revealed that he's suffering from a rare disorder which has left the right side of his face paralysed. The Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is reportedly caused by a virus that affects facial nerves. The singer also shared his diagnosis in a video posted on his social media handle. 
Justin Biber took to Instagram to reveal that he's experiencing temporary paralysis on the right side of his face. He is unable to blink or smile. He said, “I wanted to update you guys on what’s been going on. Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have, a, this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and it is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis."

He further added, “As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move, so there’s full paralysis on this side of my face."

Justin Bieber also announced that he will be unable to perform in his upcoming shows. "My body's telling me I gotta slow down," he said.
