Rihanna is single-handedly proving to the entire world that maternity style isn't just trapeze dresses and wearing things that say they're just for pregnant women. She's been seen in crop tops, sheer lingerie in Paris, latex tube tops and faux fur, and a robe as a gown. Well, Jada Pinkett Smith is showing that she also had some standout maternity style, posting a side-by-side comparison of her look at the 1998 Grammy Awards and Riri's Paris Fashion Week lingerie.

In the Instagram post, Smith wears a sheer halter-neck gown with a deep brown overlay, though her whole body is on display under the embellished see-through fabric. At the time, she was pregnant with her son, Jaden. She called Rihanna "bold, unapologetic, fierce" and "kind" and one of her favorite people. She also dedicated the post to Ri and International Women's Month.

"Who says you can't wear see thru fits when you're preggers???😍😜😍" she captioned the shots. "I love me some Rih. She's bold, unapologetic, fierce, kind and an all around girls girl. She likes to see other women win and that's one of her qualities I admire most. She's a queen that loves helping other women find and hold their own crowns. As women, it's important that we seeeee one another, help heal one another, love one another and support one another. Here's to one more of my favorites for International Women's Month."

Rihanna spoke about her singular style to People, saying that she's having fun with her pregnancy ensembles and going from taking it easy at home to going out with a full-on makeup look — maybe all in one day.

"I'm enjoying not having to worry about covering up my tummy. If I feel a little chubby, it's like, whatever! It's a baby!" she said. "Right now, being pregnant, some days you just feel like, 'Ugh, I just want to lay here on this couch all day.' But when you put on a little face and a little lipstick, you transform."
