Ester was a beloved figure in her community and touched the lives of many with her warmth and kindness. Ester is survived by her devoted husband, Don Cain, and leaves behind a legacy of love through her children: Mike, Linda, Mark, and Laurie.
She was a proud grandmother to Tim, Tammy, Greg, Jacob, Brooke, Jessica, and Trev, and a great-grandmother to Kaedan, Nolan, Olivia, Leighton, and Leo. Ester’s family was her greatest joy, and she took immense pride in watching her family grow and flourish. In addition to her immediate family, Ester is remembered fondly by her brother, Don Hendry. Their bond was a testament to the strength of family ties, and the memories they shared will endure as a source of comfort in the days to come.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that those wishing to pay their respects consider making a donation to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation.
